Service for Afghanistan air crash soldier Oliver Thomas

A memorial service has been held for a soldier from Brecon who died last month in Afghanistan.

Lance Corporal Oliver Thomas, 26, was one of five servicemen who died in a helicopter crash in Kandahar province on 26 April.

He was a reservist with the Intelligence Corps, on special leave from his job as a researcher for Brecon and Radnorshire's Liberal Democrat MP Roger Williams.

The service of thanksgiving was held in Kington in Herefordshire and BBC Hereford reporter Trevor Owens was there.
