Parents's victory in Rhondda Cynon Taf nursery cuts fight
Parents campaigning against cuts to nursery provision in Rhondda Cynon Taf have won the latest stage of their battle to halt the plans at the High Court in London.
The group sought a judicial review to investigate the council's decision to withdraw full-time nursery places for three-year-olds.
The council's plans would have meant children starting full school days after they turn four.
