South Wales valleys rail electrification row intensifies

The row over who pays for the electrification of the rail network in the south Wales valleys has intensified.

Welsh Secretary David Jones has accused Welsh government ministers in Cardiff Bay of putting the project in jeopardy, while Finance Minister Jane Hutt responded by saying Mr Jones had been "trying to score points".
