Woodland gym aims to boost wellbeing
A draft law will be tabled at the Senedd later, which sets wide ranging goals on the economy and the environment.
The idea is to encourage prosperity and health in our communities, to create jobs and combat climate change.
A woodland gym in Treherbert, Rhondda Cynon Taf is an example of a project aimed at improving health and wellbeing.
The trainers say it benefits everyone, including people with learning difficulties and mental health problems.
Martyn Broughton, trainer at Coed Lleol, says it gives people a wide range of benefits.
