Cheap drink 'exploits vulnerable', says Mark Drakeford
The drinks industry sometimes exploits vulnerable people by selling alcohol too cheaply, according to Health Minister Mark Drakeford.
His comments come as a group of academics supports his plans to bring in a minimum price of 50 pence per unit.
Opponents in the industry say there are other less disruptive ways to take action.
Plans for minimum pricing have now been referred to the European Court of Justice.
Paul Heaney reports.
