Passport union stages strike over jobs and backlog crisis

The Home Office has called Monday's strike irresponsible and says people's holiday plans could be jeopardised.
Ben Rapier, branch chair for the PCS union's Wales and South West Passport Office, blamed "irresponsible" job cuts at sites including Newport for the backlog.
