Rise in arson attacks in Wales over school holidays

There have been more than 300 fires started deliberately in Wales since the school holidays began 10 days ago, figures show.

Two teenagers have already been arrested in connection with a fire at a Cardiff primary school on Tuesday.

Elsewhere in south Wales, crews have tackled 208 fires, mostly on grassland, since schools broke up.

Crews in mid and west Wales have dealt with 103 incidents with 22 in north Wales..
