Nato summit: World's media descends on Newport

As more than 60 heads of state gather in Wales for the Nato summit, the world's media has descended on Newport.

While US President Barack Obama began his trip with a visit to a local school with UK Prime Minister David Cameron, journalists started their day by going through the most stringent security.

BBC Wales Today presenter Jamie Owen took a camera on his journey from broadcasting house in Llandaff to the Hilton Hotel in Newport before being bussed to the Celtic Manor for the start of the summit.
