Carwyn Jones urges more devolution plans

First Minister Carwyn Jones has said all political parties should set out plans for further devolution next spring.

He said Wales should not be treated separately to Scotland although it may not end up with the same devolved powers.

But the leader of Plaid Cymru Leanne Wood has accused him of being timid.

Political correspondent Daniel Davies' report also includes former Welsh secretary John Redwood MP.
