Kirsty Williams says UK must learn from Scottish referendum

The leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats says the Scottish referendum has shown that there is a desire for more powers to be moved away from Westminster.

Kirsty Williams said it is important to learn from this experience.

She said people want to see decision-making powers moved into the countries and regions of the UK.
