Vote sparks end of devolution deficit with change ahead
The Scottish referendum has sparked the end of a devolution deficit within the UK nations and constitutional change is likely if Scotland votes to remain within the union, a Labour AM has said.
Mick Antoniw, who represents Pontypridd, said a move away from the centralisation of power in Westminster in England could follow, which he said could also benefit Wales.
