Scotland referendum: Welsh 'roadmap in place for change'
Welsh Conservative leader Andrew RT Davies said he was "open-minded" about the future of devolution for Wales, but change must be driven by the people.
He told BBC Radio Wales' Felicity Evans there was already a road map to follow laid out by the work of the Silk Commission on devolution powers in Wales.
But changes to the constitutional settlement must focus on improving the lives of the people of Wales - and not playing out the "university dreams" of politicians.
First Minister Carwyn Jones tweeted he was pleased Scotland voted to stay in the Union and Prime Minister David Cameron said he wanted Wales to be "at the heart of the debate on how to make our United Kingdom work for all our nations".
