Scottish referendum shows how to enthuse people about politics

The Scottish referendum on independence was marked by the way people engaged in the debate and turned out in record numbers to vote - at 85%, the turnout was more than at any previous national election.

Roger Pinney spent the day in Ruthin, Denbighshire, to find out whether politics in Wales could ever inspire this level of involvement.
