Devolution differences between parties come to the surface

Differences are emerging between the main political parties over the future distribution of powers across the UK after Scotland voted to reject independence.

Four leading Welsh politicians debated the issues with Jamie Owen on BBC Wales Today.

Conservative Wales Office Minister Alun Cairns said Welsh MPs could be stopped from voting on English-only issues in Parliament.

But Labour's Shadow Welsh Secretary Owen Smith said their role should not be diminished.

Plaid Cymru leader Leanne Wood said the needs of Wales could be forgotten in the heat of next year's general election campaign.

Welsh Liberal Democrat leader Kirsty Williams called for more clarity over the division of responsibilities between Cardiff Bay and Westminster.
