MPs' voting rights under microscope at Chequers

Senior Conservatives have spent the day at Prime Minister David Cameron's country residence discussing voting rights of MPs.

According to one Welsh MP at the summit in Chequers, Mr Cameron is adamant only English MPs should vote on English issues.

The UK government is also willing to look at the devolution of significantly more financial powers for Wales.

James Williams reports.
