Dylan Thomas poem animation for National Poetry Day

A poem by Dylan Thomas has been brought to life in a new animated film to mark National Poetry Day.

The Hunchback in the Park, narrated by Hollywood star Michael Sheen, was created by the Academy Award-winning Aardman Animations for BBC Wales.

Here, director Bram Ttwheam explains how he made the film.

You can see the full three-minute animation on the BBC iPlayer.

It will be broadcast on BBC One Wales later in October to mark the centenary of Dylan Thomas's birth.
