Builder calls for 'sanity check' on regulations
The boss of a family building firm has called for a review of regulations that hold back businesses in Wales.
It comes as a report by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Wales claims that more powers here means more red tape for small firms.
Ben Francis, of Swansea-based house builders Hygrove, says the Welsh government should consult companies to make sure regulations work for everyone involved.
