Stephen Crabb wants devolution plans 'to unite around'

Devolution will be the main topic of conversation in Westminster on Tuesday as MPs debate the promises of UK wide constitutional change following Scotland's no vote to independence last month.

Some MPs are expected to call for "English votes for English laws". It comes after the UK government published a command paper yesterday, detailing plans on giving more powers to the Scottish Parliament.

Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb met with senior MPs from other parties on Monday to agree to work together on "specific proposals" to devolve more powers to Wales.

He told BBC Wales parliamentary correspondent David Cornock it was the first of regular meetings.
