Paedophile information delay apology by National Crime Agency chief
The head of the UK's top crime prevention organisation has apologised, saying that children may have been harmed as a result of a delay in sharing information about suspected paedophiles.
Among them was a Cardiff school teacher who was jailed earlier this year for voyeurism.
Gareth Williams admitted filming children going to the toilet at his school.
Cemlyn Davies reports.
