Top artists in Cardiff for £40,000 Artes Mundi prize

Some of the world's leading modern artists return to Wales for the opening of the sixth Artes Mundi exhibition.

This year artists from America, Portugal, Israel and Iceland are among the 10 nominees competing in the event which is held in Cardiff every two years and offers a £40,000 prize to the winner.

BBC Wales arts and media correspondent Huw Thomas reports.
