Environmental health 'tipping point' warning

Welsh councils would "find it difficult to manage" another E. coli outbreak because of staffing cuts - according to the public spending watchdog.

The Wales Audit Office warns that despite meeting current obligations, local authorities wouldn't have the "expertise" to deal with any future increase in demand for such environmental health services.
