Prime Minister David Cameron says 'Wales is back'

Prime Minister David Cameron has visited Newport to announce a deal to electrify the south Wales valleys rail network.

It has ended an eight-month row between the UK and the Welsh governments over who pays for the project.

The work will be carried out as part of a major upgrade, which includes electrifying the main line between London and Swansea.
