Conservatives' criticism over new children's commissioner
The appointment of a new children's commissioner for Wales is a fiasco, the Welsh Conservatives claim.
They have raised concerns after the Welsh government announced that Keith Towler's successor may not be ready to take up the post when he stands down in February.
The Welsh government said it has been working to ensure a smooth transition.
Paul Davies, the AM for Preseli Pembrokeshire called for a new commissioner to be in place by 1 March.
