Autumn Statement's rabbit out of the hat?

The amount of money Wales could raise in devolved taxes will be published for the first time as Chancellor George Osborne delivers his Autumn Statement.

The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) will estimate the likely proceeds from income tax, stamp duty land tax, landfill tax and aggregates levy.

News of up to £78m extra funding for Wales and support for a tidal lagoon in Swansea Bay has already been announced.

BBC Wales parliamentary correspondent David Cornock looks at what else may come up in the announcement.
