Carwyn Jones fears over five years of cuts

As First Minister Carwyn Jones marked five years since becoming First Minister, he said he does not know what health or education services in Wales will look like if the Conservatives win the general election and carry out another five years' worth of cuts.

In this extract from an interview with BBC Wales political editor Nick Servini, he also claimed that when it comes to the NHS the public accept that Welsh ministers are not "miracle workers".
