Mounting debt due to welfare reform, says auditor general
Rent arrears are rising and debts are mounting in Wales due to welfare reforms, according to the auditor general.
Huw Vaughan Thomas says changes to housing benefits are having a greater impact in Wales than in England and Scotland.
He said: "Increases of debts, housing rents and so on, and the use of food banks - these have coincided with the (welfare) changes."
However, the UK government argues the changes are absolutely necessary.
BBC Wales' economics correspondent Sarah Dickins reports.
