Education watchdog Estyn: 'Primary school standards slipping'

Standards at Welsh primary schools have slipped over the last year, says the Welsh education watchdog Estyn.

About two in three primary schools required some level of follow-up due to shortcomings.

But many aspects of school performance are improving, says its annual report.
