Allotment push to free up more land in Wales for home growers

Local authorities will be urged to provide more plots and make better use of existing sites under new guidelines.

Natural Resources Minister Carl Sargeant said more could be done.

Reporter Matthew Richards has been to a thriving community garden in Flintshire to see what they have achieved.
