Opposition to Pembrey police helicopter cut

Opposition is growing to Dyfed Powys Police losing its helicopter at Pembrey, Carmarthenshire, as hundreds of people have signed an online petition calling on the National Police Air Service to reverse its decision to close the base.

Two police helicopter bases in Wales are to close with air support from Rhuddlan, Denbighshire, ending in September and then from Pembrey on New Year's Day 2016.
