Stephen Crabb on devolution: 'Settling 'nagging issues'
Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb hopes devolution announcements by David Cameron and Nick Clegg will settle "nagging issues" on powers for Wales.
Measures will include guaranteed minimum funding for the Welsh government and allowing ministers in Wales to raise cash from the money markets for major projects.
Decisions on fracking and a wider range of energy projects would be devolved, plus control of assembly elections.
Both the Conservative and Liberal Democrat leaders are addressing their Welsh party conferences later on Friday.
Mr Crabb told BBC Radio Wales that the package of powers being announced on Friday was an important step forward for Wales.
