Welsh welcome at Downing Street

St David's Day has been marked by the prime minister at No 10 - but despite a warm welcome for guests, agreement on new powers for Wales was not on the menu.

The special event at Downing Street saw politicians of all parties and celebrities gather to mark the day, on Monday.

BBC Wales' David Cornock was there.
