RCN Wales on NHS commission: 'Put party politics behind you'

Welsh politicians should put party politics behind them and take part in an NHS commission on the future of the health service, says the director of the Royal College of Nursing Wales.

It follows Plaid Cymru's announcement it would not take part in a cross-party panel.

The Conservatives have also said they will not be part of a commission, proposed by Health Minister Mark Drakeford and the Welsh Liberal Democrat leader Kirsty Williams.

But the RCN Wales director Tina Donnelly told BBC Radio Wales the discussion remains vitally important.
