Families forced to flee after fire breaks out on Anglesey

Nine families have been temporarily re-housed in a primary school as firefighters tackle a large blaze on Anglesey.

The fire broke out in a petrol station workshop in Pentraeth at about 04:50 BST on Friday.

Twenty-two homes on Nant y Felin estate had to be evacuated as residents were forced to flee the flames.

Fire crews expect to be damping down the site for much of the day.
