Tobacco display ban is 'pathetic', says Cardiff trader
Restrictions on the display of cigarettes and tobacco products by small traders in Wales as been deemed "pathetic".
Cardiff shop owner Bobby Singh said he thought the ban would do nothing to discourage smokers.
"I don't think it's going to stop anyone from doing anything," he said.
The ban, which comes into effect on Monday, means retailers must now ensure the products are covered up and no longer in public view unless a customer asks for them.
