Heritage bill to protect monuments in Wales

The castles and monuments which make Wales unique could soon have a new law to protect them.

Ministers have unveiled a bill designed to make it easier to prosecute those who damage our cultural heritage.

It will also give councils the power to make owners undertake repairs.
