Labour 'dull, boring, uninspiring', says Kim Howells

Speaking to BBC Wales' Sunday Supplement programme, he described the party as "dull, it's boring, it does not inspire".

But he said Labour "held the line in Wales" and praised First Minister Carwyn Jones for doing "something right".
