Merthyr Tydfil restaurant gives homeless work experience
A Merthyr Tydfil restaurant has opened its kitchen to young homeless people to help them get off the streets and into work.
JOL's has joined forces with homeless charity Adref to offer work placements, with cooking and serving experience alongside training.
Chef and owner Jamie O'Leary said: "We are excited about working with people who are keen to learn and, hopefully, carve out a career in the industry."
BBC Wales Today's Carwyn Jones spoke to Tom Roberts and Josh Humphreys who built up their skills at the restaurant.
