Llechryd and Cilgerran to have new water main after burst

Work has begun to replace a water main in Pembrokeshire.

Welsh Water is investing £5m to replace over 5km (3.1 miles) of the drinking water main in Llechryd and Cilgerran.

In November 2015 a burst on the network left thousands of customers without water.

Mark Davies from Welsh Water said the project was on top of a £16m investment to improve the water supply in west Wales.
