M4 relief road inquiry: Congestion worse says CBI Wales
Business leaders have been giving evidence to the inquiry into plans for a £1bn M4 relief road around Newport.
Employers' organisation the CBI has been explaining why it supports the Welsh Government's proposed black route, while the Federation of Small Businesses is against it and wants to opt for a cheaper plan.
Chris Sutton, vice chairman of CBI Wales, said the bottleneck of traffic congestion had to be addressed.
