Nyah James' mother: We feel like we've failed her

A mother claims her teenage daughter took her own life because of bullying at school.

Bishop Gore School student Nyah James, 14, died in February.

Police are still investigating the claims but have yet to find any evidence to support them.

Her mother Dominique Williams told BBC Wales' Ben Price: "It makes us feel terrible because we weren't there to stop it."

The anti-bullying charity Bullies Out is calling for all schools in Wales to be legally required to record all incidents of bullying.
