David Cameron says the Welsh NHS is 'falling behind'
The Welsh NHS is falling behind when it comes to patient waiting times and waiting lists, Prime Minister David Cameron has said.
On Wednesday, he told BBC Wales people had been "dying on waiting lists" due to Welsh Labour ministers' decisions.
He also defended comments he made at last year's Welsh Conservative conference in which he described Offa's Dyke as a "line between life and death" due to cuts in Welsh NHS funding.
