Lib Dems claim credit for 'big devolution'
Progress on devolution for Wales is due to the role of Liberal Democrats in the coalition government, the party's Welsh leader Kirsty Williams has claimed.
David Cameron and Nick Clegg are due to announce on Friday plans to transfer more powers including decisions on fracking and a wider range of energy projects.
Ms Williams told BBC Radio Wales that since energy was a department run at Westminster by the Lib Dems, it proved the party's commitment to devolution.
