Plaid Cymru says Wales' funding disadvantage is 'locked in'
Plaid Cymru leader Leanne Wood has said the party will demand the same level of funding for Wales as Scotland if it is involved in coalition talks after the general election in May.
Before addressing her party's spring conference in Caernarfon on Friday, Ms Wood told BBC Radio Wales that an extra £1.2bn could end Wales' financial dependency.
