Carwyn Jones in 2014: Comeback for Alun Davies "difficult"
Alun Davies is back in the Welsh government following a post-election reshuffle.
Mr Davies was a cabinet minister, but was sacked in 2014 after he asked civil servants for information about the farming payments of five opposition AMs.
Now he is back in the government as minister for lifelong learning and the Welsh language, outside the cabinet.
This is what first minister Carwyn Jones told BBC Welsh Affairs Editor Vaughan Roderick about a possible return for Mr Davies in 2014.
