Larry the cat in a 'sorry situation', says MP Ann Clwyd
Concerns have been raised in the House of Commons about the welfare of Larry, the Downing Street cat.
Labour's Cynon Valley MP Ann Clwyd said he looked in a "very sorry situation" and had been seen limping and holding one paw in the air.
She asked: "Is it because he's missing the old prime minister and does the new prime minister care for the welfare of cats as much as the old prime minister did?"
Leader of the House David Lidington assured her of Theresa May's good intentions toward Larry.
