London attack: 'You've only got to miss one person'
It is difficult to totally prevent terror attacks in a democracy, the former chairman of Parliament's security and intelligence committee has said.
Ex-Pontypridd MP Kim Howells spoke after lethal attacks in Westminster on Wednesday afternoon.
"We don’t live in a police state and as a consequence there's a very good chance that someone will get through," he said.
