Tory AM's anger at Betsi Cadwaladr deficit
An assembly member has called for ministers to take responsibility over the £30m deficit of the health board serving north Wales.
Betsi Cadwaladr is in the red despite its supervision by the Welsh Government under special measures.
Darren Millar, Conservative AM for Clwyd West, spoke following the decision by ministers not to bail out health boards that are in deficit.
Four of the seven health boards are forecast to overspend by £146m this year.
