Teachers' pay devolution warning to Wales from NAHT
A teaching union has warned of a potential "brain drain" of talent from Wales to England when powers over teachers' pay and conditions are devolved to Cardiff Bay.
It came as the National Association of Head Teachers met in Shropshire for its annual conference on Thursday.
Rob Williams, the union's director of policy in Wales, called for assurances that salaries in Wales will remain competitive.
