Manchester attack: Carwyn Jones urges Wales to be vigilant

The UK terror threat level is now up to its highest level of "critical" following the terrorist attack in Manchester which killed 22 people.

Military personnel are being deployed to protect key sites as further attacks could be imminent.

Senior police officers have said it is "unlikely" soldiers will be deployed in Wales, although the South Wales force said there would be an increase in armed officers at "key locations".

First Minister Carwyn Jones urged people to be vigilant, but not to let extremists "alter our lives".
