Ministers gather at UN to debate drug policy
Ministers from around the world are gathering at the United Nations in Vienna to debate the best ways to tackle the world's drug problem.
The Commission on Narcotic Drugs, the main policy body on international drug control, is hoping to agree a joint statement.
But splits are emerging between countries that want less repressive, more health focused drug policies and those who want to crackdown harshly on the drug trade.
